Calling all graduates! Celebrate your achievements in style with an Ezzy Image Photography Graduate Session.
Details
◾️ This package is for one (1) person only. To take photos with up to four other people, add the “Group Add-on” option from our store to your cart before checkout.
◾️ Complimentary Cap & Gown Rental: Solid-colored caps and gowns for high-school and bachelor's-level graduates are available. Check our store to see available colors.
◾️ Complimentary Graduation Props: School years, selected college names, selected degree names, and a selection of stools and seating options are available.
◾️ 60-Minute Session: Enjoy unlimited photos and outfit changes during your session time.
◾️ Flexible Posing Options: Choose headshot poses, full-body photos, or both.
◾️ Maximum of Three (3) Backdrop Changes.
◾️ Same-Day Photo Delivery: All photoshoot pictures will be emailed to you on the same day as your session, without watermarks.
◾️ Private Dressing Room: Each session includes a private dressing room available for the entire duration of your session.
◾️ Private Studio Experience: Each session takes place in a private studio where only you and your guests are allowed.
◾️ Two (2) Complimentary Retouches: You can order additional retouches directly from your online gallery after your session, starting at just $15 per photo.
Reminders
◾️ When a minor is not accompanied by an adult, Ezzy Image Photography staff reserves the right to decline service if the attire is deemed inappropriate for a minor.
◾️ Ezzy Image Photography reserves the right to decline service if any aspect of the session is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our core company values. The use or display of real or fake guns, gang signs, threatening or offensive language or hand gestures, or similar items is not permitted.
◾️ Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the premises of Ezzy Image Photography.
◾️ A maximum of two (2) guests who are not being photographed are allowed per session.
◾️ The photographer is allowed an additional 10 minutes of studio time for backdrop changes, lighting adjustments, and other preparations. This time will not count against your scheduled session time.
◾️ By booking an appointment, you agree to and accept all applicable terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
## Important Notes
◾️ **Backdrop Changes by Session Length**
- 30-minute and 45-minute sessions: Up to 2 backdrop changes.
- 60-minute and 75-minute sessions: Up to 3 backdrop changes.
- 90-minute sessions: Up to 4 backdrop changes. Large groups can only be photographed on the White Infinity Wall.
- 120-minute sessions: Up to 5 backdrop changes.
## Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
◾️ To reschedule your appointment, log in using the same email address you entered when making your reservation. You can access the login option at the top of the Ezzy Image Photography homepage.
◾️ Click **“My Bookings”** and select a new date and time.
◾️ All appointments made within 48 hours of the reservation time are final unless appointment insurance has been purchased.
◾️ Refunds are not provided for sessions canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time. Payments cannot be transferred to future reservations.
## Property Damage Policy
◾️ If you or your guests damage any company property, equipment, or props during your session, Ezzy Image Photography reserves the right to withhold your photo gallery until payment for the replacement or repair has been received.
